Your transcript is yours. It is never a public page.

Media: deleted within 24 hours

We temporarily retrieve or store submitted audio and video to check duration and transcribe speech. Media enters deletion immediately after processing and is removed within 24 hours. We do not offer a public media library or redistribute source video.

Transcripts and edits

Guest transcripts are linked to a browser session and retained for 7 days. Clearing that session or changing devices removes your ability to access them. Transcripts attached to an account remain until you delete them. You can delete one transcript or all completed transcripts from your private history.

Each segment stores its original text, edited text and real timestamps. Results require your session, carry noindex directives, do not appear in sitemaps and are never reused as marketing or SEO content. There are no public sharing pages.

Accounts and essential cookies

We store your email, a one-way password hash, and a random session token hash. An HttpOnly session cookie is required to recover guest results and sign you in. Guest usage is merged with account usage on sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies or browser fingerprinting.

Service providers

Authorized audio is sent to the configured hosted speech-recognition service. Video links are sent to a video-resolution provider so the public audio can be retrieved. These providers process data under their own terms. Their retention and training settings must be reviewed before the service opens.

Card and PayPal payments are handled by their respective providers. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials. We retain the minimum purchase, entitlement and refund records required for financial accounting, even if transcripts are deleted.

Operational information

We keep aggregate daily counters for task completion, link failures and exports, plus cost estimates for operation. These counters contain no transcript text or submitted URLs. For abuse prevention, short-lived rate-limit records use hashed connection addresses and expire automatically.

Deletion and privacy requests
